Paul W. Conrow – CEO
Prior to joining REON, Paul began his career with Bell Telephone Laboratories. During his career he has held management positions with AT&T, Fireman’s Fund, and The Gap. In 1994 he built and served as Vice President and General Manager of the Visa Merchant Assistant Center.  This 100,000 square foot 7 x24 operation was then merged into a joint venture between Total Systems, Inc and Visa International called Vital Processing Center.
 In 2000, he retired from Visa International as a Senior Vice President –Worldwide Network Engineering and Operations.
Capitalizing on his past experiences, Paul began a second career in the financial sector learning the mortgage business with Wells Fargo and Cherry Creek Mortgage. He then formed a partnership and created The Real Estate Opportunity Network, Inc with a loosely coupled relatioship with Diablo Funding, Inc. Specializing in investment real estate Paul and his team received many distinguished awards including the top producer award two years in a row. After the Diablo Funding organization closed their doors (a $50B business), Paul and Hal continued with the Real Estate Opportunity Network, Inc group and developed REON Realty with a focus on Real Estate and Property Management .
 Paul has a BSBA degree with minors in computer science, financing and marketing. He and his wife Kathleen live in Oakland and enjoy sailing and spending time with their grandchildren. Paul is the Real Estate Broker of Record for the Corporation.

Previously I have worked as a securities trader on the Pacific Stock Exchange for over 25 years. As Vice President in charge of trading operations for my firm I supervised daily trading activities, risk management and marketing. During this time I became a registered broker and acquired the Certified Financial Planner designation. Besides my interests in the financial markets, I have a passion for and have been actively acquiring Real Estate, which has included everything from one-bedroom condominiums to ten unit apartment buildings. My interest in this area became so great that I decided to pursue a job where I could be a consultant on the financing and management of Real Estate. My knowledge of the financial planning process and markets add a comprehensive approach to your Real Estate Investment needs.
Hal is a Certified Financial Planner™, Real Estate Broker, Certified Distressed Property Expert, and a California Certified Tax Preparer. He holds a BS degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and a MS in Finance. Hal lives in Orinda with his wife and three daughters and enjoys skiing and coaching youth sports in his spare time.
